    An OT-led intake conversation. We listen to the situation, not a script.

    Same small team from day one. No rotating faces, no re-explaining the diagnosis.

For referrers

Referrers

    Send the referral.

    Phone, email or the referrer form. Acknowledged within 12 hours, always.

    Josh reviews clinical fit.

    Referrals are reviewed by Josh, Occupational Therapist, or a senior team member — not triaged by admin.

  3. 3
    Set-up and handover.

    Clinical handover, equipment sign-off, and notes written for plan reviews from shift one.

How WEYA prepares

    Every support worker is screened by Josh before they meet a participant.

    In-person induction.

    Not online modules with a tick at the end. Real induction, in the room, with senior leaders.

    Participant-specific shadowing.

    No worker delivers a shift solo until they've shadowed yours specifically.

  4. 4
    Notes for plan reviews.

    Every shift documented in language coordinators and OTs can use, not internal shorthand.
